EJ finally talks about the Recent Events he keeps alluding to. This one is about personal stuff, so there's almost no Jason Statham talk.  Still some, though.

For the first time in years, EJ's excited about the Emmy nominations! And he's depressed about the future of video games. But he's excited about the glories of Gail Daughtry, so this is a mostly positive episode.

I'm looking forward to things in July and August and here's where I tell you about them. King of the Hill! Futurama! The Dink! Batman AND Spider-Man? In this economy?!?

Catching up on recent movies and TV - Disclosure Day! Toy Story 5! Sheep Detectives! Spider-Noir! Stuff about Widow's Bay that I maybe said in a previous episode but there's no way to know! It's a smorgasbord of good stuff that I'm just now getting around to.

I promise I had Good Reasons to miss a few weeks, but we're not getting into that right now. This week, we're talking about The Mandalorian and Grogu and my experience at the live Comedy Bang! Bang! show. One of those was a lot better than the other, and if you could just get some Babu Friks into CBB, we'd be all set!

This week, we're talking about how the new Mortal Kombat movie kind of rips and Widow's Bay is fantastic. But man, we have to discuss Vin Diesel and the collapse of one of the world's biggest movie franchises. Sometimes that dude says stuff just to hear how it sounds.

This week, EJ's going through all the TV shows of 2026 that he has watched to completion. And they've mostly been pretty good! DTF! Daredevil! Pitt! Reggie Dinkins! More!
